Shari Hatt continues to be the photographer of choice for celebrities and their dogs. Recently contacted by The Duke and Duchess of York, she traveled to England to create portraits of Max and Millie, the Norfolk terriers in residence at the Royal Lodge, Windsor.

Hatt was also commissioned by renowned UK fashion designer Alexander McQueen to produce portraits of his dogs, Juice, Minter and Callum.

Recently comedians Deb McGrath and Colin Mochrie commissioned Hatt to create portraits of their Cairn terriers, Fanny and Frisker.

Troy Morehouse, President of Triple 5 Soul, commissioned Hatt to create portraits of his three Sharpei’s, Chester, Lolita and Leo.

Artist in Residence

Seneca College in Toronto has selected Shari Hatt as their first Artist in Residence. The Seneca College Art Committee expanded their permanent collection in December 2005, with several pieces from Hatt's popular Black Dogs: Series One, which is featured in the book SHARI HATT: DOGS, published by the Southern Alberta Art Gallery. (sold out!)

Hatt is currently working on a project with Seneca College involving portraits of farm animals.
